- Answer I thought all iPhones were unlocked. you have to get a sim card for the carrier. I'm not sure but I think this is the case.

- Answer the iPhone 12 is available unlocked through Apple.com for purchase at full retail price. The US carries what you to be on their plan (due to the promotions) for at least one to two months, then you can pay the balance off and are able to use it overseas. If you’re buying a gift, then get it directly from Apple since you won’t be opening the packaging.

- Answer DON’T DO IT!!! Water resistance specs are hugely overstated. Lab tests are NOT real-world equivalent. Apple’s been sued in England for $12,000,000 (a pittance) over this.

- Answer No charger comes with the phone. Per Apple: "As part of our efforts to reach our environmental goals, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max do not include a power adapter or EarPods. Included in the box is a USB‑C to Lightning cable that supports fast charging and is compatible with USB‑C power adapters and computer ports." In the box you get 3 items: 1) Phone, 2) Doc, 3) USB-C to Lightning Cable. You'll need a USB-C port charger or a MagSafe charger. .
