Yes it does about a small lip but if you have a screen protector you should be fine I have both the case and screen protector it feels nice in hand.

I quite like to actually even if it’s only a slight raised lip because the case is so lightweight and fits like a glove. I do recommend a screen protector though if you’re somebody who is prone to dropping your phone or put your phone with your keys in your pockets and such.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does have a raised lip on the front but I would jot recommend laying the case face down. I think the little bit of leather on the front will get damaged and you would be better off investing in a good screen protector
