“Will the case stretch out/become loose if it is removed and put back on somewhat regularly?”

Nope. Hasn’t happened to me. Apple really built a good product.

This style has fit perfectly for other phones I have owned. I take off or change cases very frequently.

Didn’t see it becoming loose, but it slightly dries up and breaks a bit on edges. It’s very rigid and firm.

No. I typically buy 3-4 cases (1 of them being this one) and switch back and fourth between them regularly. I've never had an issue with this case stretching out or becoming loose. It holds its shape very well.
