QuestionCan I buy the IPhone 14 pro unlocked? There is no option when I try to choose.

- Answer To purchase an unlocked iPhone in new condition, you must purchase the device from Apple directly. Best Buy no longer sells iPhones in an unlocked state. To purchase an iPhone through Best Buy or any third party retailer, you must purchase it through a supported carrier.

QuestionDoes anyone know if Noise Cancellation (for phone calls) has been included on iPhone 14. It was not on any iPhone 13 models… 😕 (would have been a nice courtesy if the Apple Store “Genius” mentioned that.)

QuestionI just moved to T-Mobile in the Magenta Max Plan. Can I order it once my sim card is activated and avail the trade in offer? Or do I have to move into T-Mobile through the Best buy website?

- Answer No, you can upgrade it anywhere as long as it has T-Mobile carrier even if you go to T-Mobile they have different deals and if you go to Best Buy they have different deals but they do have T-Mobile carrier. That’s how I got my deal from Best Buy but T-Mobile carrier.
