• Yes Best Buy took care of all the transaction between my phone carry to make sure i stayed connected with the best deal.

• They went over all of the available plans, including our current one, and we were able to choose to keep our plan with a few upgrades. Still very affordable. We recommend Best Buy Mobile since they have the capability of being a bit more personal.

• Yep, they kept me on my plan. I even still have the unlimited data that I started with back in 2008.
