Q: QuestioniPhone 6 for ATT, How can i order online?I am trying to buy the iPhone 6 online and for ATT it says in stores only. Why and when will i be able to order it. This process of getting the new phone has been horrible.

• A:Answer Best bet is to buy in store, if you order online they said it could take up to a couple months to get it, that's what they told me, so I just called best buy every other day asking if they received any in the store and after about a week of calling they did and j just went in and purchased it. They couldn't hold it though it was first come first served

• A:Answer You can trade in your old phone at anytime. But what matters is, if you want to buy a new phone and restart your contract then you will end up in paying off your contract (which normally costs between $250-$350)

Q: QuestionTrade In ConcernsSo I have a new Samsung Galaxy s4 and i wanted to trade it in for the Iphone 6 16GB in gold. I know it cost $200 with a new 2 year contract, but if my contract wasn't up but I still wanted to trade my galaxy in and get a credit for it could i apply the credit to the $200 and pay the difference? Or how does the whole trade in system work with the Iphone 6?

• A:Answer As far as I know, yes, you can trade in your Samsung phone and start a new contract for iPhone with no money from your hand (iPhone 6 costs $199.99 w/ 2-year contract ). You may end up paying off your current contract (and the amount you pay vary depends on how long you are on your contract).

Q: QuestionDo you charge any upgrade fee for ATT iPhone 6?I am an existing AT&T customer. I want to buy an IPhone 6 16GB to upgrade from my current phone and I am prepared for a 2 year contract extension. I am out of contract now. Buying though apple store adds an an extra $40.00 as a one time upgrade fee.

• A:Answer Usually no unless you bought the phone under a program like AT&T Next installment plan. If you used the Next plan then you will be required to pay the full balance on the phone. If you bought the phone under a contract then no you don't have to return the phone. You will have to pay early termination fee. If you want to use the phone on a different network other than the company you originally had the contract then you will have to have the phone unlocked.

• A:Answer Probably after Christmas or around Christmas, that's what I was told from att, best buy is different they get shipments in everyday the only thing is they don't know when they will get them it comes down to whatever they receive on the their shipments is what you get, just call everyday, that's what I did and after a week of calling they got some in and went and got it
