QuestionIs the Verizon version of this phone supposed to have a SIM card included? I received it for Christmas but there was no SIM card included. I had to go to the Verizon store and purchase a SIM card for $20. I was coming from a Samsung.

- Answer You have several options for purchase. I went to my local Best Buy store because I was setting up my own Business and had several other purchases other than my phone. You can order this online as well. I went in person to ask questions and look around. I would highly suggest going to a store if this is your first "Smart Phone" Good Luck!

- Answer Try resetting to factory setting and only do upgrades as far as you have to. The higher the upgrade in software the more your battery will drain & your phone will be slowed
