A:AnswerTotal Phone is part of tracphone, which uses multiple carriers for there different programs! Tracphone uses Verizon as the carrier for Total Wireless! But its through Tracphone. So not sure Verizon would be able to over ride Tracphone to activate a phone, even though it's on there network! You would have to call Verizon to find out if that was even possible.
