A:AnswerThe Best Buy saleperson was excellent. I had a Verizon account and my friend had a Sprint account. We both wanted to buy new iPhone 7s. She checked to make sure we had the best plans and best pricing on the phones. There was no up-selling, either. My friend even got a $250 Best Buy gift card, though I did not. That is up to the service provider. I was thrilled with the whole process and will never go back to buying a phone or plan at the Verizon stores.
