• A:Answer I do NOT believe this phone is unlocked I do believe this is for total wireless use only. But you could probably call Best buy to make sure before purchasing. If the phone says it is unlocked for any plan then it will most likely work but they usually are more expensive.

• A:Answer No, this phone will not work with T-Mobile. This phone is software locked to Total Wireless. In order to use the phone with T-Mobile, you would have to activate the phone with Total Wireless, have 12 months of Total Wireless service, then request Total Wireless to unlock the phone as per their phone lock policy.
