- Answer Just go to any Best Buy cell phone counter. If you still owe on your current phone, they will help you with what your best options are to pay it off. After that you pick your phone and they do the rest. If you have to send back your current phone, you get a pre-paid address label.

- Answer Best Buy will price match the Apple store price, just print out the Apple store info. That is what I did :)

- Answer I had to go to store to complete the purchase of an iPhone on the ATT plan. We are on a family plan with 4 adults, all of whom have different names and addresses. This seemed to confuse ATT when I tried to complete the transaction online. People at store were very helpful and completed the transaction

- Answer The installment cost is just paying for the phone. Your plan is separate, but will be on the same bill so you will just pay 1 bill to cover the installment on your phone and your plan.
