- Answer If you make payments, it has to stay with the original number that was assigned to the phone. The best way to make this possible is let the person open it under there account and you just pay them back every month.

- Answer ... I see no reason why you can’t use your old phone’s SIM card if it fits but you should know that all SIM cards don’t fit all phones. You can get a new SIM card for your new iPhone for about $5.00 right there at Best Buy and Best Buy will transfer your SIM card info. from the old SIM card to the new one.
