Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m assuming you mean you don’t remember your passcode. I think during setup you needed to set one up the same time you set up for your fingerprint. You could try wiping the button to be sure it can see your finger print. I’m assuming you’re using the correct finger and didn’t confuse with a different finger you may have used for a different device. If you were able to skip past setting up a pass code, you could try 4 or 6 zeroes. The last thing aside from totally resetting your phone is to try turning it off, waiting a minute, then back on. If none of that works, seek professional help from Best Buy Geek Squad.
