A:Answer I’ve always thought the same thing, no customer loyalty benefits from companies, like this or direct tv, etc, seems like the perks only go to the new customer. That’s why I just gave up and started service hopping. On everything from phones to electricity, to satellite. That’s the only way you can get a good deal anymore, unfortunately, is to either be a new customer, or a “please, we want you back” customer. It’s a hassle, but worth it.
