- Answer Can't unlock until paid off to AT&T. My understanding is if you buy the phone out right for the full price then yes you can I lock through AT&T

- Answer i think yes .. if you paid the full price for it .. you will got it unlocked .. ( you have to select one of the networks at purchase but it won't be locked to that network ) and yes you can buy it with bestbuy card

- Answer You have to buy bro and yes itl be a contract. You can make 24 month or 30 month payments.
