- Answer You will not be able to switch carriers. Best Buy gets an incentive for activating cell phones in its stores from the particular carriers. The only way to get a truly “unlocked” phone is pay the increased price.

- Answer It was $899 Unlocked. During Cyber Week they made it $849 w/Activation however, their was a catch. You could only activate with Sprint, ATT, and Verizon.
