- Answer I braught apple 7 plus refurbished from the apple site itself..it was in excellent condition like new but the problem found in charging slot..it was too slow to charge iphone..so i return that item..otherwise phone was excellent!!!

- Answer Yes, it is new. it’s not a refurbished or open box. If the question is: is it the newest model? No, is not. This is a previous model. Xs and Xs Plus are the newer iPhones and Xr which is cheaper than the other two but is just a single lens camera.
