I reluctantly just switched from having pre-paid for years and I’m sorry I did. I’m actually sorry I got the XR because I don’t like the face recognition. Anyway, I was missed lead from the sales rep at Best Buy. I’m pretty disgusted going from $50 a month (paying every 30 days) to SPRINT $99.00 including $15 for the phone. To top it off my bill was due in less than three weeks!
