• A:Answer You can trade it back to Apple for a store gift card (an iPhone X in good shape is $525 right now), or you can sell it elsewhere. If you are still making payments on it with your carrier, you will get paperwork and a shipping label to send it back once you get your new iPhone. Hope that helps!

• A:Answer Use a Verizon sim to activate it, MUST be your first activation. then you will be free to use whatever sim you would like. If you activate it with ANY other carier other than VERIZON it will be locked to said provider. Sometimes even said provider won’t be able to unlock it for you and you have to go through heaps and bounds to get it unlocked. So be wise and use a VERIZON sim.
