• No, if you use wifi you have no additional fees for a iPod touch. If you use all "FREE" apps, music and movies there is never another charge...of course you can always pay for additional apps from their store.

• no monthly fee unless you join apple music club which is a 3 month free trial the you pay a fee I don't know what the cost is for this, or buy a song in the apple store individual songs are as low as 69 cents and up to $1.29.
