Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure if I have the answer, but will offer my experience. I bought one that worked great and had no problems. Unfortunately, I left it four hours away on a visit to see my son. Bought another one that worked well on one tv, but just gave me a grey screen and no video, no matter how many times I tried with different cables on different HDMI ports. I tried again a few days later and it seems to be working on both tv’s. I don’t use it all the time, but it’s cool to blow up streaming videos and FaceTime calls with my kids. Hope it works next time I use it. Keeping fingers crossed!
