• They do have adapters that convert USB to USB C. I believe they have them at Best Buy for around $10 for a pair of them. Or you can easily find them on Amazon etc.

• If they are wireless, you don't need USB to connect. You can follow instructions to connect via Bluetooth. I use a lot of non-Apple wireless products with my macs
