• No need to. The new one picks all your info up from the cloud. My Mac Mini completely grabbed all my Docs and Pics from the cloud in about 20 minutes

• I believe that the geek squad may be able to help you. You might also invest in an external SSD and make a backup using TimeMachine so you can wipe your old mini and reinstall everything.

• I suggest calling the store and see if they are able to transfer everything over once you buy your new computer. Once I got my new computer home all I had to do was enter my Apple ID and everything I had stored in my iCloud transferred automatically to my new computer.
