Does it really bother you?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Reminds me of an experience at work with a PC issue. Had to call in IT support. He mentioned to our supervisor after resolving issue that he wasn't aware our group had little knowledge PC's. I later told the IT person that if we knew what he knew, his job position would not be necessary.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Age has little to do with this issue. I am self-taught, with the help of Google, YouTube and fellow nerd-type elders. The technology moves so fast it's hard to keep up if you're working on the system in question. The Mini looks great; it could be the answer to my upgrade issues and storage. I am not a smooth Cloud user but I'm learning. Give people a break … someday EVEN YOU may be old. I hope no one is rude to you about it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not so much stupid as old! Older people were not taught any tech at all. So, when it comes to figuring out tech, they are intimidated and ask what some see as stupid questions, to assist figuring out what they want to do. The funny thing is, 35% don't even do what people that answer their questions tell them to do, and 65% have already answered their own questions and solved their problems before anyone else tells them how to do it. Ha!
