A:AnswerIt hooks up to a monitor (sold separately) and works as a computer with keyboard and mouse (sold separately). Therefore I would just buy an all in one as it appears it would be cheaper.
A:AnswerYes. I have an old IMAC 2011 1/2. It came with the Apple Keyboard and Mouse. I always had problems with these units because of the inferior IMAC 2011 bluetooth. I just purchased a Mac Mini M2 and am able to connect the Keyboard and mouse and they now work without issue. Yay - that saved me $200 on a new Apple keyboard.
