Most likely it will be serviceable, but it might not be the best tool for the job. It depends on how graphically intensive and large the space you are rendering is in the program that you are using. If you can run it on a computer without dedicated graphics (15" MacBook Pro and above) now, then I would say that it would work on this machine.
