• The item has had the box opened, but never been sold. Most likely used as a demo or floor model.

• OPEN BOX CAN ALSO MEAN THAT IT WAS RETURNED, PROCESSED THROUGH AN EXPERT THEN PLACED BACK ON THE FLOOR AT A CHEAPER PRICE

• It will say refurbished if it has been used and "opened" of it's just been opened indicating parts/pieces have been disrupted/moved. If the computer is "used" then it will be clearance item and tagged as a floor item that was used.
