- Answer No, this isn't a touch screen. Apple doesn't make any MacBooks (Pro or Air) that are a touch screen. I really wish they would, as their iPhones and iPads are a touch screen. Who knows? Perhaps, one day they will introduce the touch screen feature to their MacBooks and iMacs as well. That would be great! Hope this helps...

- Answer You can download app versions of word PowerPoint etc through Apple app store they function pretty much the same as the full program versions on PC counterparts

- Answer You get a 1 year hardware warranty, and 90 days phone support. After the 90 days, you will have to pay for software support. If you get applecare you get both hardware and software support for 3 years.

- Answer Yes. The 12 months is provided to provide the customers time to pay it off with 0% apr rate. You can pay it off earlier if you want to, it will not cause any harm or any charges. Other than that, if you do have balance for the item after 12 months, charges based on the apr will be placed on the account. -Basically you are good to go..
