- Answer The MacBook Pro MYD92LL/A has 512GB storage, 8GB RAM, and a Touch Bar. This listing is in Excellent Condition. Products in "Excellent Condition" have also been professionally restored by a certified technicians. It undergoes an extensive inspection and sanitization process before shipment. Cosmetically, "Excellent" products are in good condition with light signs of wear, including hairline scratches and/or other subtle imperfections. Battery health is ensured to be above 80%. These products are rigorously tested for key functions and meet the Ready for Resale standard. It is inspected to ensure the battery cycle count is within an acceptable range.

QuestionIs there a guarantee on the battery life, like how many cycles it might already have on it? Is the battery covered under the warranty, and under what conditions will they replace it?

- Answer The battery will have a minimum of 80% health at the time of shipment. While there's no exact cycle count, all batteries are tested to ensure they meet performance standards. The battery is covered with 6 months warranty. Please note, damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
