You can visit Apple's MacOS page for details on what the computer comes with. It comes with everything you mention preinstalled so you won't have to do anything when you take it out of the box. It's also got numbers, imovie, photos... The only software Apple asks you to buy separately nowadays is Pro stuff like FinalCut. With everything else you're covered. In fact, if these are the only products you need you'll never pay for software or upgrades again. (And they say Apple is expensive. LOL.)

For office equivalent apps I use chrome browser and their free word, sheets etc. If you have an I phone you can synchronize it with the macbook and even text and facetime with it like you do with your Iphone.
