• iMovie comes pre-installed. If you're looking for something more serious you can purchase FinalCut Pro from the AppStore. There's nothing extra to do.

• You’ll have to purchase an external drive to install with the disc. I use Pinnacle and kept my license number and information. With this I was able to download the software directly from Pinnacle for no cost.
