• Mine came with the ESC button at the touch panel key. I'm thinking that maybe when the pic was taken, the ESC button was highlighted at the touch panel...?

• Thanks for confirming that the picture on Best Buy's page is incorrect, so the laptop is the Late 2019 version instead of the May 2020 version with the improved Magic Keyboard.
