Bestbuy doesn't have it as of now and I don't think they would have it in future. You are better off ordering from apple as vega graphics is custom order.

Bestbuy now sells it with pro Vega 20, but you can only order it from Bestbuy.com . they do not carry them in store because of the niche market for them.. Not a lot of regular people need that much video processing power. But they have it on dot com for like $3700

They have the Vega available now but you have to get it from Apple. I rarely see Best Buy carrying the higher-end spec'd models.
