Yes. I just got one a few weeks ago to replace the KB that came with my iMac. I have a Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014 model and it works just fine. I have it connected via the cable that came with it just so the battery doesn't die. I guess it pairs with the iMac automatically since it was connected via cable first like the apple pencil does to an iPad.

I don't know. Ask the person who fraudulently used my account to purchase 5 of these on my account. I live in PA but they were all sent to CA.
