It’s customizable. I have right and left clicks set on mine. It’s just one smooth surface but you still click in the same place, left or right, and you can swipe too.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO buttons. Zero. The top of the surface is kinda like a "mini trackpad". You use your finger, plus slide the mouse to move the cursor around your screen. It takes a minute to adjust but once you get the feel it's great.
