• A:Answer Yes, the charger will work on the charger. I would suggest getting the Apple Magsafe Charger instead of a generic wireless charger. The reason is that generic wireless chargers do not always work with Newer IPhones. ~zach

What I can tell you is that I’ve used other brand wireless chargers and they would all make my phone heat up and I know heat is bad for battery life. The MagSafe does not heat up my iPhone at all, and charges super quick. Best purchase I’ve made.

• A:Answer It definitely can be used as a wireless charger for older iPhones. Before I got my 12 Pro Max, I used the magsafe on my 11 Pro Max and it worked. The one “but” about it though is that the magnetic part of the magsafe charger is only with the new iPhone 12’s.
