- Answer You need an Apple account. And usually when the setting up an app on your iPad or phone just follow the directions and you will be guided along. They will want you to have a email address & a password!

- Answer I do not believe you can do a free trial again if you've already done a free trial. At least, you can't do one with the same AppleID. With that said, if you want to get another three months of Apple Music, set up a new AppleID in order to do it.

- Answer There’s a cloud with down arrow on songs you want to download locally. Because you’re not purchasing the music, just streaming access, you can’t download files in the same way you would iTunes purchased files. Sorry

- Answer You would not need BestBuy for this though as if you are a new user, when you open Apple Music it would offer you 3 months trial. With a purchase Best Buy gives you 4 months subscription to Apple Music for free. You should have received an email shortly after your purchase with a link and code for this matter. If not I suggest contacting customer service.
