A:Answer The best answer I can give is that I have an app called Apple Care Coverage. The beauty of this is that you can actually call them, speak to the operator, and then get transferred to the actual department. Sometimes there is a long wait time. But keep inn mind that your issue will get resolved. I say this because I've had several issues with subscriptions, Apple pay, etc.. With everything going on, nobody is answering the phone, this is a good tool to have when Apple starts acting up. It's about $14 or $15 a month, but it's worth it. It also solved my free music.
