I think only if ordered through Apple

Apple will offer engraving on some of their devices, including the Apple Pencil Pro, if purchased directly through Apple at full retail price. However, in my experience, Apple tends to use very soft plastics and if you were to have a third-party engrave it for you, you risk damaging the pencil and it is unlikely that Apple will replace it under warranty. Proceed at your own risk. Not knowing what a third-party laser engraving would cost, I would recommend going through Apple directly, even if it is at full price.
