The Apple Pencil Pro is a fantastic addition to any iPad user’s toolkit. Its ease of use is exceptional, offering a seamless integration with various apps that makes drawing, note-taking, and annotating a breeze. The precision and responsiveness are impressive, making it a reliable tool for both professional and personal tasks.
In terms of quality, the Apple Pencil Pro stands out with its robust build and smooth performance. The tilt and pressure sensitivity features are well-implemented, providing a natural feel that enhances the overall experience.
However, the price tag might be a bit steep for some, which is why it loses one star. Despite this, the value you get in terms of functionality and performance justifies the investment for those who need a high-quality stylus.
Overall, if you're looking for a top-tier stylus that delivers on performance and ease of use, the Apple Pencil Pro is definitely worth considering.

A Game-Changer for Artists, But at a price

As an artist who's been using digital tools for years, I was thrilled to get my hands on the Apple Pencil Pro. With its promise of precision, accuracy, and ease of use, I was eager to put it through its paces and see how it would perform as both a creative tool and a writing instrument.
The Good:
Precision: The Apple Pencil Pro is incredibly accurate, allowing me to create detailed work with ease. Whether I'm sketching, inking, or painting, the pencil responds seamlessly to my strokes.
Pressure Sensitivity: The ability to adjust line thickness and opacity based on pressure is a game-changer for artists. It allows for an incredible range of expressiveness and nuance in my work.
Ergonomics: The Pencil Pro feels natural in my hand, with a comfortable weight and balance that makes it easy to use for extended periods.
The Not-So-Good:
Price: At $129, the Apple Pencil Pro is a significant investment. While I understand that this is a premium product, the cost is steep for many artists and writers who are used to working with more affordable tools.
Limited Compatibility: The biggest disappointment is that the Pencil Pro only works with the latest iPad models (M2 Air and M4 Pros). This means that owners of older iPads will be unable to take advantage of this fantastic tool and it feels a bit like a software limitation Apple is enforcing.
The Verdict:
While I'm thrilled with the Apple Pencil Pro's performance as an artist, I have to acknowledge its limitations. If you're a creator who is looking for a reliable and accurate drawing or writing experience on the latest iPad models, the Pencil Pro is a must-have. However, if you're working on older devices or are on a budget, there may be more affordable options

Title: The Ultimate Stylus for Everything!
I’ve been using the Apple Pencil Pro for everything—drawing, note-taking, editing, and even casual browsing—and it’s been amazing. The precision and responsiveness are top-notch, making it feel just like writing or sketching on paper. The pressure sensitivity and tilt support work flawlessly, especially for artists who need fine control.
What really stands out is how seamlessly it integrates with my iPad. The magnetic attachment and wireless charging make it super convenient, and the new haptic feedback gives it a more natural feel. Battery life is great, and I rarely have to worry about it running out.
Whether you’re an artist, student, or just someone who loves taking handwritten notes, the Apple Pencil Pro is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I picked up the new Apple Pencil Pro from Best Buy recently to go with my iPad, and I’ve gotta say—this thing is awesome. I’ve used older versions of the Apple Pencil before, but this one feels like a big step up in some fun and useful ways.
1. That squeeze feature is actually super handy
You can squeeze the pencil near the tip, and a little menu pops up with tools like brushes or pens. It’s fast, it saves time, and it just works.
2. Haptic feedback makes it feel more “real”
It gives a little buzz when you switch tools or use features, which sounds small but honestly makes it feel way more responsive. It’s kinda like clicking a real button.
3. Great for drawing and note-taking
I use it for sketching and jotting down notes. It’s super smooth and accurate. There’s no lag at all, and it feels really natural—like a regular pencil, but better.
4. Barrel roll is a cool surprise
You can actually twist the pencil to rotate things like brush tips. If you’re an artist or designer, this is surprisingly useful.
5. Easy to find & charge
It sticks to the side of my iPad to charge (no cables!), and it shows up in the Find My app in case I lose it. That’s already saved me once!
I’m really happy with my purchase and use it every day. Definitely recommend it if your iPad supports it!

What I love the most is how smooth it feels—there’s zero lag, so when I’m writing or sketching, it’s almost like the ink is flowing directly from the tip onto the screen. My handwriting actually looks neat for once, which makes taking notes way less stressful. I have the 2nd generation Apple Pencil, and the magnetic charging is honestly a game changer. I used to constantly misplace pens and styluses, but now it just snaps right to the side of my iPad, and I always know where it is. It feels like Apple thought about people like me who are always losing little things.

The Pencil Pro is incredible—it’s the smartest, most responsive stylus I’ve ever used. The new squeeze gesture is genius and lets me change tools on the fly without breaking my flow. Haptic feedback gives it a much more tactile, controlled feel compared to older models. It’s sleek, lightweight, and magnetic pairing is seamless. I use it daily with my M4 iPad Pro for design, note-taking, and editing. It feels like a natural extension of my hand. Whether you’re a student, creative, or just love precision tools, the Pencil Pro is absolutely worth it.

I recently purchased the Apple Pencil Pro from Best Buy in Sandy, and the experience was excellent. Excellent! Love all the features. Looks and feels very advanced compared to the previous generations! Got a little sleeve for it and doesn’t affect usage/performance at all. Only thing is the tip is petty sensitive as I did drop it on the first day and it already got damaged.

The Apple Pencil Pro takes everything great about previous generations and levels it up with some smart, subtle features that actually make a difference — especially if you’re into digital art, note-taking, or design.
First off, the new squeeze gesture is a game-changer. It brings up tool palettes instantly, saving time and keeping your workflow smooth. The barrel roll feature is especially great for shading or using angled brushes in apps like Procreate — it feels more like a real pencil than ever.
Precision and responsiveness are top-notch. There’s zero lag, and the pressure sensitivity is incredibly accurate — whether you’re doing light sketching or bold strokes, it keeps up with every move. The hover feature adds even more control when previewing where your tool will land.
The design is clean and magnetic, sticking perfectly to the side of the iPad for charging and pairing. It even supports Find My, so if you misplace it (which we all do), you can track it down easily.
If you’re serious about using your iPad for creativity or productivity, the Apple Pencil Pro is a must-have. It’s not just a stylus — it feels like a real extension of your hand.

Super precise, confortable to use and with a long lástima battery that hasn’t given me any problems so far. One
Of the only few Apple Products good can easily find with a good discount and actually add an important value to the overall experience of an iPad user. Recommended only for people that actually plans to make the most of its features, since doesn’t offer compatibility with any of the other’s apple devices. I personally use it to take notes on for my Psych degree and my productivity has reasonably increased since I added it to my set up.

So I don’t know why the heck this doesn’t come WITH the actual iPad since it seems like an essential stylus but besides my disapproval for the need to buy additional accessories to get full benefit, I would recommend you do because whether you’re literally drawing or like me, taking notes, it’s more interactive to write rather than type and if it involves processes or cycles or mechanisms like your typical science classes do, you can draw those as well. The Apple erase function is a little inconsistent, but yeah I think it’s worth getting this also because you have the pressure feeling, so it feels more natural to write and it charges on the side of the iPad which is actually super convenient because if you’re like me and have a million things charging before bed for the next school day, it’s one less thing to worry about. **Note: when you get a case, you should definitely consider how the pencil goes in because I’m not sure they all have a component for it or if it necessarily charges when it’s in the case.

I’m loving the Apple Pencil Pro with my iPad Pro (M4)! At $129, it’s pricey but awesome for drawing and notes. It’s sleek, feels great, and sticks to the iPad for charging (though it can slip). The squeeze feature pops up a tool menu—super handy in Procreate. Twisting it changes line styles like a real brush, and it vibrates for feedback. Find My saved me when I lost it! Writing and sketching are smooth, and the hover feature helps with precision. Battery lasts days. Downsides? Only works with 2024 iPad Pro/Air, and accidental squeezes happen. If you’re artsy or take lots of notes, it’s a game-changer!

I bought the Apple Pencil Pro in white on September 3, 2025, and I'm totally in love with it! The white color is so sleek and clean. it looks amazing. I use it with my iPad Air 13-inch that I got from Best Buy last year, and they work together perfectly. I especially love using it with GoodNotes. The ability to change colors with one pencil is awesome, and the graphic fixer that makes perfect shapes like circles and pentagons is a game-changer. It just includes everything I need. It makes studying and writing feel so much more creative and fun. I actually ordered a different stylus from another online website before this, and believe me, there's no comparison. The Apple Pencil Pro is in a league of its own. What's really cool is that I can even use it with my Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 (14AKP10) that I just bought from Best Buy four days ago. It's so versatile, it inspires me to explore new ways to use it every day. The Apple Pencil has transformed my iPad experience. The magnetic attachment is super strong, so it's stays put until I need it. Charging is easy, and knowing it's always ready inspires me to create and study more. It's made using my iPad way more enjoyable and productive. I can now take detailed notes in class with ease. If you have an iPad, especially the 13-inch Air, the Apple Pencil pro is a worthwhile upgrade that enhances both creativity and productivity.

I recently purchased the Apple Pencil Pro. Absolutely love the upgrade compared to the older model I had. This one hovers over content, and feels more like a pencil when used. I have not had it long and need to learn what it has to offer but love it out of the box. I also like that it attaches to the iPad to charge instead of plugging into a port.
I have procreate and works great with the app. My new iPad works great too and love it as I’m still trying to figure out the differences between the old vs new. The new iPad Pro screen is brighter and love how the images look. The Apple pencil pro glides over the surface with such ease. Overall, I’m happy with my purchases and looking forward to enjoying them for years to come. I only purchase Apple products and love how they all have lasted and rarely have issues over the 20+ years I’ve been using Apple products. I also usually purchase from Best Buy. Definitely give all my products and services a 5 stars.

I bought the new Apple iPad Air 11 inch M2 and needed a new Apple Pencil, and this is the one I bought. This one is pretty cool too. It feels good in my hand. It has this feature where I can give it a squeeze and it brings up a menu to select colors or other things, and this can be customized to a point.
