• It won’t work if it’s not charged or disconnected from Bluetooth. If low battery go to the very first screen on your device. If you see the pencil, it will tell you how much charge it has. If low, then use the charge cord that came with the pencil. You can plug one end into your device and the other into the pencil by pulling the cap up. You’ll see where it plugs in. If no pencil appears, then it’s not connected : Go to Settings > Bluetooth > then reconnect pencil.
