A:AnswerNo! It’s pre-owned. I won’t recommend this product. I’ve had to replace the 1st “excellent condition” pre-owned iPhone 6s plus (128g) Best Buy sent me. It had camera issues and the battery was warned. I’m in the process of returning the 2nd “excellent condition” pre-owned iPhone 6s plus (128g) that Best Buy replaced the 1st iPhone with because it has similar problems. Hope this helps
