- Answer This phone does not come with a SIM card. I don’t think any phone comes with it. You’d have to get it from your phone carrier or a retailer selling pay by month SIM cards. You can also buy it from the Best Buy website.

- Answer There is no warranty on pre owned phones. Best Buy does have a 14 day return policy on cell phones but you may have to pay a restocking fee if returned.

If you look at the Answered Questions, you will see that these phones are unlocked and will work with the provider of your choice. , 1 of mine was not CDMA unlocked and will not work with Straight Talk. I had no way of knowing until I had the product in my possession.
