how is the "excellent" rating determined? null

I think the “excellent” mean that there is not many scratches. I just got one today. The front and back is okay. But the speaker and the charger hole are so dirty. It looks like they did not clean it.

I cannot tell you what the battery percentage will be when you receive the phone, but my battery is needing to be replaced now, and I have had mine for a month!
