A:Answer According to Sprint support, the phone is compatible (I got a model A1662) but it needs to be registered to the Sprint network by tech support before it can be activated. Tech support is only available via chat 6AM - 8PM Central US time. Alternatively, you can definitely get it activated at a Sprint Store, and maybe at an Apple Store, but Apple Stores hate dealing with Sprint.
