“this phone says excllent but others dont say anything so what condition are they in?”

Based on my experience with several purchases like this, if it says excellent it is. Can't speak on ones that don't. Even a good listed condition has always been a good purchase. I bought other products elsewhere that even when they State the condition you don't quite know what you're getting but with Best Buy I've always felt good about the description, they sell good products. My experience anyway.
