No. Best Buy customer service is located in India. It takes 17 minutes for them to understand how to spell your name and they refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor. They LIE each time and tell you that they are sending a gift card to you. (The iPad was fine, but the power cord did not work). They give you a confirmation number that is fictitious- on all 11 of my calls - so that there is no record of your call and each time you call, you must start from the beginning. Not worth the hassle for a refurbished product. They even send you to Apple - who no longer sells the iPad and has NOTHING TO DO WITH BEAT BUYS REFURBISHED PRODUCTS.
