Yes the screen Is a little scratched but no cracks. It does have the sims card tray. It did not come with a pin to open the tray but Best Buy gave me one. I have to get a new battery because the battery life is short however apple is having a deal on older models the batteries are only about 30 at an apple store.

I order two and one was excellent and the other one had scratches on the corners which can be covered with an iPhone case. It does come with a SIM card tray but no pin to open the SIM card slot - I fixed this by using a paper clip end.
