- Answer If you already have an account, take SIM card out of current phone and put in this phone. All done. Or you can have T-Mobile do it for you and have everything from current phone transferred to new one. If I were to buy refurbished again, I would buy an extra or new battery or make sure I have plenty of ways to charge

- Answer Maybe. It depends if the store you go to has any in stock. I had to order mine in the store and it was shipped to the store. I picked it up when it was ready. They did give me the option to have it shipped to my home.
