A:AnswerNo guarantee that they are unlocked. The one I received was locked and could not be activated. Per Best Buy’s online customer service rep - B.B. tells the previous owner to come tact their provider to unlock it but does nothing to verify that has been done.
A:AnswerYes, I worked in Mexico last year and it worked. Also, I had purchase the Moto Power as a gift over-seas and it worked great. The battery-life is 3 days. It had updates for it to where this phone last update was Oct of 2019. A new update was suppose to be released , somewhere around March of 2020. And I have not been able to get the update. My phone weekly threads in my notification. Update unsuccessful. Other-wise it is a great phone. Lack of updates is not worth the price I paid.
